Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after processing.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–18 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs, and peak seasons can extend transit times beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean your order is lost. You can also track your order anytime at the Track Your Order page on our site.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.
