the 10mm spot patch, for day and night

Medical-grade hydrocolloid at 0.03mm. Thin enough to sleep in, thin enough to wear to work. One size — the small one, because the small one is the one that runs out first.

  • 0.03mm — the edge sits flush, so light never catches it
  • 10mm — covers the spot, not half your cheek
  • 400 patches — about $0.06 each
  • nothing else in it — no actives, no fragrance, no latex

the whole idea

one patch. day and night.

Most brands sell you two boxes — a thick one for sleeping and a thin one for daylight. We could not work out why. So we made the thin one strong enough to do both.

at night

It seals the spot and pulls fluid out of it while you sleep. You can see it work — the patch turns opaque white as it fills. Eight hours, a pillow, and a person who rolls over. The edge stays down.

in daylight

0.03mm and matte. No shine, no raised rim, no shadow at the edge. Clean dry skin, patch, concealer straight over the top. You can wear one to work, to dinner, to a photo you cannot retake.

Same patch. You do not buy it twice.

we make one thing.

amavelle started with an annoying observation: every patch on the shelf works, and almost none of them are wearable.

They curl by hour three. They catch the light in a way that reads as patch from across a room. So you take it off before you leave the house — the one moment you actually wanted it on.

We made a single product and spent the entire budget on the parts nobody photographs: the thinness, the matte finish, the adhesive at the rim. 0.03mm thick, 10mm across. Medical-grade hydrocolloid and nothing else in it.

That is the whole line. We are not planning a serum.

small on purpose.

Buy a multi-size pack and watch what happens. The small ones are gone in a month. The big ones sit in the drawer until the adhesive gives up, and you have paid for patches you were never going to put on your face.

So we make the small one. 10mm covers the spot and almost nothing else — less to see, less to explain, less to hide under concealer. The market leader's patch is 12mm. Ours is smaller, and thinner, and it is the only one in the box.

We would rather sell you the one you actually use, and sell you more of it.

01

the night before something

A wedding, a shoot, a first date, a photo you cannot retake. Put one on at ten and stop thinking about it until morning.

02

the one you keep touching

You know the one. The spot was never really the problem — the picking was. A patch puts something physical between it and your hands.

03

skin that reacts to everything

No salicylic acid, no tea tree, no fragrance, no latex. Nothing in it to sting, and nothing to argue with the retinol you already use.

04

a full face of makeup

0.03mm and matte. Clean dry skin first, patch second, concealer straight over the top. It holds through the day, not just the night.

  • it disappears

0.03mm and matte. the edge sits flush instead of curling, so it holds through a full night, a workout, or a full face of makeup.

  • no actives, no sting

medical-grade hydrocolloid and nothing else. no salicylic acid, no tea tree, no fragrance, no latex.

    i wore it to dinner

nobody noticed. i checked in the bathroom mirror twice because i didn't believe it. it just sits there being flat and matte.

    it finally stopped me picking

that was always my real problem — the spot was never the issue, the scab was. i put one on and my hands have nowhere to go.

the small size is the one

i always thought i'd use the big ones more. it's the opposite. glad they just sell the one i actually reach for.

woke up and it was flat

put one on before bed with zero expectations. the patch had gone completely white by morning — kind of gross, kind of satisfying.

before you ask

the honest answers

why only one size, and why the small one?

Because 10mm is the one you burn through. Buy a two-size pack and the small ones vanish in a month while the big ones sit in a drawer until the adhesive gives up. The best-selling patch in America is single-size for the same reason — it is just bigger than ours. We kept the small one and put more of them in the box.

can i really wear it in daylight?

That is the whole point of 0.03mm and a matte finish — no shine, no raised rim, no shadow at the edge. Apply to clean, dry skin, then take concealer or foundation straight over the top. Skip anything oily underneath; oil is the one thing that lifts an edge.

what is a hydrocolloid patch, actually?

The same material hospitals use on wounds. It seals the spot, holds a moist environment over it and draws fluid up and out. You can watch it happen — the patch turns opaque white as it fills. That is the entire mechanism, and there is nothing else in ours.

will it work on a spot that hasn't surfaced?

Less, and we would rather tell you than sell you. Hydrocolloid absorbs fluid, so it does its best work on a spot that has already come up. On a deep, blind one it acts as a cover and a barrier between the spot and your fingers — which, honestly, is usually the thing making it worse.

is it safe on sensitive skin?

It is non-medicated, fragrance-free and latex-free, which is exactly why it suits skin that reacts to actives. It is still an adhesive, so patch-test on your jawline first if your skin is very reactive, and do not apply it over broken or bleeding skin.

how fast does it ship, and what if it doesn't work?

Free on every order, no minimum, and most leave within 48 hours. If it does not do what we said, email us within 30 days and we refund you. Keep the pack — posting a half-used box of patches back to us helps nobody.

wear it out. nobody's looking.

Try a pack for 30 days. Put one on the next spot you get, sleep on it, wear it to work the next day, and see whether anyone says a word. If it does not do what we said, email us and we refund you — and you keep the pack.
